Collei is a 4-star Dendro Support / Off-Field Dendro Applicator in Genshin Impact. Collei is Sumeru's entry-level off-field Dendro applicator — the 4-star answer to reaction teams that can't or won't run Nahida. Her kit is built entirely around putting Dendro on the field without occupying it: the Floral Ring hits twice on its boomerang path, Cuilein-Anbar pulses AoE Dendro for up to 13 seconds, and the Sprout effect from her A1 passive chains additional Dendro ticks whenever a reaction fires first. She slots into every Dendro-reaction archetype — Bloom, Hyperbloom, Burgeon, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread — and does so at 4-star acquisition cost, making her constellations realistically farmable. C2 removes the reaction prerequisite for Sprout, locking in her consistency, and C4 hands the entire team 60 Elemental Mastery for 12 seconds on Burst use, a buff that directly inflates reaction damage across the board. She is not a carry, and her personal damage contribution is modest, but her role is to enable damage, and at that job she is reliable, accessible, and — at higher constellations — genuinely impactful.
