By accessing or using Metatrend (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Metatrend provides gaming analytics, tier lists, character builds, and meta analysis for multiple games. The Service aggregates data from public sources (including Enka.network, official game APIs, and community submissions) to generate tier rankings and build recommendations.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others

4. User Content

If you submit character builds, guides, or other content ("User Content"), you:

• Retain ownership of your User Content
• Grant Metatrend a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and analyze your User Content
• Represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Agree not to submit spam, malicious content, or content that violates game terms of service

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Submit false or misleading data to manipulate tier rankings
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

Metatrend and its original content (excluding User Content) are the property of Metatrend and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Game assets, character names, and trademarks belong to their respective game publishers. Metatrend is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metatrend does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tier lists or meta analysis. Game balance changes frequently, and tier rankings are based on available data at the time of publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

Metatrend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes (but is not limited to) in-game losses, resource expenditure, or decisions made based on tier list recommendations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@metatrend.app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
