Tier List Methodology
Genshin tier rankings measure performance in Spiral Abyss Floor 12 chamber clears (36-star standard), focusing on damage per screenshot (DPS), reaction synergy, and team flexibility. S-tier characters are meta-defining—they either anchor multiple top-tier teams, provide irreplaceable utility, or trivialize current Abyss rotations. A-tier characters are strong but require specific teammates or constellations to reach competitive clear times. B-tier characters work but demand significant investment or niche enemy matchups. C-tier characters are powercrept or lack the multipliers to compete in modern Spiral Abyss. We assume C0 with 4-star weapons unless signature weapons fundamentally alter viability. Artifact quality is normalized to 200 crit value. Rankings shift significantly with Abyss blessing rotations and enemy lineups.
